Bulwell EAZ Mangement group meet once every half term. The group is made up of the ten head teachers, EAZ Manager, representative of the Local Authority advisory team and the EIP Strategy manager. Their remit is to oversee the implementation of the Action Plan, allocation of budget and preparation of yearly evaluation.

The Management group are a consultative group in working towards the opening of an Academy in Bulwell. The new city Academy will be formed from the amalgamation of Henry Mellish and River Leen schools and will be built on land adjoining the current River Leen school site. The EARLY YEARS group meet once each half term and support initiatives affecting children 4 – 8. The group is strengthened by partners such as:

• Sure Start, Bulwell
• Bulwell Community Toy Library (BCTL)
• Pre-school Learning Alliance (PSLA)

The newly formed PLAYHOUSE PROJECT GROUP will oversee a two year partnership programme with Nottingham Playhouse.

The IT NETWORK group meet once each half term and is chaired by the E-Learning Centre manager. This group organise sessions for pupils at the E learning centre, organise staff training and share information relating to ICT in schools.
